Penis

The penis is the male sex organ, reaching its full size during puberty. In addition to its sexual function, the penis acts as a conduit for urine to leave the body. Human penis evolved to displace semen left by other males in the female reproductive tract. Consistent with the view of the human penis as a semen displacement device.[i]

Sperm

Sperm is a male cell with a small tube running through its middle which allows urine to leave the bladder and semen to leave his body

Two oval-shaped glands in the scrotum that make sperm and male sex hormones
