 Male Sex Organs

Testes	The testes is an essential Ma male sex organ which responsible for producing the sperm and testosterone.
Penis	The penis is the male sex organ, reaching its full size during puberty. In addition to its sexual function, the penis acts as a conduit for urine to leave the body. Human penis evolved to displace semen left by other males in the female reproductive tract. Consistent with the view of the human penis as a semen displacement device.[i]
Sperm	Sperm is a male cell with a small tube running through its middle which allows urine to leave the bladder and semen to leave his body
Scrotum	Two oval-shaped glands in the scrotum that make sperm and male sex hormones
Erection	The changes start in a limp penis caused by stimulation --physical or mental signal and start to supply of blood being sent to the spongy tissues.[ii] It makes penis hard that enough to achieve satisfactory sexual activity.[iii]
Ejaculation	natural body function which occurs in boys during sleep Ejaculation is defined as a passage of seminal (sperm) fluid from its storage location, through ejaculatory duct and out into the urethra. After that, from the urethra, the sperm are ejected into the vagina
Sperm cells	Discharge of semen from the penis into the vagina.
Ejaculation(Wet dream)	The thick whitish fluid which contains the sperm which is released from the penis
